This page gathers selected projects and experiments.
Some are technical. Some are creative. Some sit somewhere between tooling, writing, music, and AI-assisted workflows, because apparently having one neat category was too easy.
Featured project
M8Shift
Repository-first coordination for AI agents working in shifts.
M8Shift helps different AI agents work together through explicit roles, handoffs, shared project context, and human validation.
The goal is not to make agents interchangeable. The goal is to let different ones collaborate.
Claude, Codex, Gemini, Vibe, local models, and future agents all have different strengths and blind spots. M8Shift uses that diversity instead of hiding it.

Writing & experiments
Writing is part of the work.
I write technical notes, project documents, structured ideas, lyrics, drafts, experiments around tools, workflows, and creation, and also satirical books, autofiction, and children’s books.
The writing is not a side decoration. It is part of how I clarify ideas before they become tools, systems, or projects.
Music and AI workflows
I also work on music projects (also a registered SACEM member) and AI-assisted audio workflows.
This includes experiments around distribution and identity.
Automation and tooling
I build small tools and workflows when repetitive work becomes annoying enough.
That includes local automation, documentation workflows, repository-based processes, DevOps scripts, and AI-assisted work patterns.
The rule is simple:
If a human repeats it often enough, a script is probably waiting somewhere, quietly judging us.
